What is the DuhEye Sentinel 8MP?

The DuhEye Sentinel 8MP is an outdoor 8MP 4K AI-powered bullet security camera featuring AI face detection, active deterrence with red and blue flashing lights, sound warning, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) connectivity.


Does this camera record in 4K?

Yes. The camera records in 8MP (4K) ultra-high-definition, providing clear and detailed video for day and night monitoring.


What is active deterrence?

Active deterrence means the camera does more than record. When motion or a threat is detected, the camera can activate red and blue flashing lights and a built-in sound warning to help discourage intruders.


Does the camera support AI face detection?

Yes. The camera includes AI face detection to improve accuracy and reduce false alerts caused by animals, vehicles, or shadows.


Is this camera for indoor or outdoor use?

The DuhEye Sentinel 8MP is designed for outdoor use and is weather-resistant. It can also be used indoors if desired.


Does the camera require Wi-Fi?

No. This is a PoE IP network camera, meaning it connects via Ethernet cable for both power and data. A PoE switch or PoE-compatible NVR is required.


Is an NVR included?

No. This product includes one camera only. An NVR is sold separately unless otherwise stated.


Is professional installation required?

Professional installation is not required, but it is recommended if you are unfamiliar with PoE networking or security camera systems.


How long does shipping take?

Orders take 3 business days to process, and delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipment. Total delivery time is approximately 10–13 business days.


Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Replacement units may be provided at our discretion.


What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please email sales@duhrelax.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video showing the issue. Our support team will review your request and advise on next steps.


Is there a warranty?

Warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited and does not include refunds. Any replacement or support is provided at our discretion.
